Lusterleaf Holly (Ilex latifolia) typically reaches 20-25 ft tall and 15-25 ft wide.  It grows at a moderate rate and performs well in Zones 7-9.  The shiny, glossy leaves are the largest of any holly with small yellowish-green flowers in the spring and small dense clusters of red berries in the fall through the winter months.
