Sioux Crape Myrtle (Lagerstroemia x) typically reaches 12-20 ft tall and 8-12 ft wide.  It grows at a moderate rate and performs well in Zones 6-9.  It produces large, dark pink flower clusters that bloom from mid-summer through early fall.  In spring the leaves are a glossy, dark green with a bronze tint that change to a shade of maroon and purple in the autumn.
